A good editor can be your greatest ally (along with a good book designer) in making your book everything it should be. Here is a list of professional editors that you may wish to consider:
Indexers
Indexes provide your readers with a searchable map to locate key points in your book. If you are writing a non-fiction book this can be invaluable. FYI: Indexing is a process that happens last in the book design process, after all the editing and proofing has been finished and the book has been polished up so that there are no shifting content or page numbers.
